Do you offer work on a No Win - No Fee basis?
No. We charge on the basis of the work we carry out - we do not charge a higher fee if you are successful, or a lower fee if you are unsuccessful.
We do however understand that budgeting can be an important issue. Where possible we will provide and estimate of expected fees and outlays.
Also in certain types of work we are able to offer a "Fixed fee contract", where the work to be carried out, and our fee for it, is specified at the outset.
Can I just pop in or phone up to speak to the Solicitor?
While we are certainly happy to deal with you if you call, we cannot guarantee that a solicitor will be available to speak to you unless you have an appointment.
The solicitors will try to accomodate you, but may be busy with either another client or clients work. Generally, Friday is particularly bad time to call "on spec." as the solicitors are often busy with court and settling transactions.
Of course, if a solicitor is not available, our well trained staff may be able to assist.
If they cannot deal with your queries themselves, they can take details and either return to you once they have discussed these with a solicitor, or arrange a time for the solicitor to contact you.
