Accessibility
W3C, who provide the standards for World Wide Web internet pages have a set of guidelines for accessibility standards. Currently this lays out three standards with "A" being the minimum acceptable and "AAA" being the highest standard
This whole website has been designed to conform to at least the Double A ("AA") Standard of accessibility. If any part of this site does not appear to conform to these guidelines, please contact our Webmaster to let us know. Details of the problem, and the browser you are using would be helpful.
As part of compliance with these guidelines to maximise accessibility, this site uses XHTML and CSS for widest browser compatibility.
Access keys
This website uses Access keys for quick access to navigation links. Your web-browser help function or manual should explain how these work on your system. Depending on your computer system, this usually involves pressing 'Alt' or 'Control' and another button to select a link.
- For the navigation buttons at the top of the screen, the Access keys are the first letter of the word on the button: eg 'H' for Home.
- For the sidebar main navigation buttons, use '1' for the first one, '2' for the second, etc.
