I have looked at you Data Protection Policy and the guidelines from the Law Society of Scotland using the Links on your website, so I know I'm protected using a "real" lawyer. What controls and guarantees are there for those totally online services and companies? I think that this is an important point that needs to be highlighted. What will the data they are given be used for? How safe will it be?
I always think that you get what you pay for.....or what you don't pay for with some particualry low-cost services.....
